Inevitably, with very strong sales over the Spring and early Summer period, stock levels (which are always tight in our area) fall, and again agents focus will turn to listings.
There are currently a number of listings in the pipeline, and some that have sold prior to even going on the market. Registering on our alerts will let you know when properties are loaded onto the web, however don’t be afraid to call from time to time as there can often be a lag period between getting the property listed and the photographs being taken and seeing the property come onto the market. This lag period can be all that is required for a very keen buyer.
