Housing Forecasts

Extraordinary new housing forecasts released this week show Victoria’s prices face a radical shakeup by 2020. In the next decade Melbourne’s most ritzy suburbs will share $3 million-plus median house price tags with sleeper suburbs Mickleham, Seaholme and Plenty.

In the regional and coastal areas, it is predicted that Fairhaven will have the second highest median price for any Victorian regional area of $3,078,331. Lorne is predicted to be $1,821,880, Aireys Inlet to be $1,673,344, Anglesea $1,766,657 and Torquay $1,467,480.

Bellbrae – The Surfcoast’s Hidden Treasure!

We have all heard of “Bell’s Beach” but John Cavert Bell also left his name on the hillside and hamlet behind it, “Bell’s Brae”.
