In Search Of Land

Throughout summer Torquay and Jan Juc property sales achieved record levels and we are currently finding the demand for well located and correctly priced land at high levels and being snapped up within days of hitting the market.

An example of land prices appreciating within the 3228 postcode is the sale of a vacant block for $205,000 late last year, which has just sold for $258,000.00. This represents a very strong increase of 25.85% in less than 6 months.

An overall increase in property prices along the coast continues with Jan Juc achieving an almost 10% increase.

A Busy May!

May is historically our quietest month of business on the Great Ocean Road. Reason being there are no long weekends or school holidays to encourage the visitors to town. Interestingly, on the real estate front we continue to be busy. 7 sales in 7 days in 1 of our offices is unbelievable for this time of year.

For the serious buyers, you should be down here this month. Plenty of property to choose from and less competition than the summer months. Our business is open 7 days and we welcome you enquiry via phone, email or a personal visit.
